Sihanoukville
Situated on a peninsula
in the gulf of Thailand (314 km from Phnom
Penh), the pace of life is relaxed and
unhurried. There are miles of deserted
beaches as well as areas of beach with
eateries, bungalows, hotels and bars. This
all makes for a laid back, beach atmosphere
where you can unwind, enjoy the fresh
seafood and party at the bars.

Boat trips to the islands, scuba diving and
fishing are popular pastimes. The local
market has some real bargains and is
well worth a visit. Getting around is easy
with a number of Tuk-Tuks everywhere. Motor
bikes are for hire but make sure you wear
your helmet and have a local drivers
license.
